Andrew Wiggins led the Warriors with 26 points and 12 rebounds in what was by far the most significant performance of his career. Even more unbelievably, the Warriors won even though Steph Curry wasn’t the only one who was icy – Wiggins, Otto Porter Jr. and Draymond Green combined to go 0 of 10 from beyond the arc.
Boston will have their backs against the wall and will be looking to the home crowd to help energize an offense that has struggled mightily in recent games. Game 5 was the first time in all of the playoffs the Celtics have lost two games in a row and they won’t fall easily in Game 6.

The Celtics actually haven’t been that good at home in the playoffs, only 6-5, but the stakes in this game are different and I would expect them to respond. The mechanics that created open looks for the Celtics offense at the start of the series weren’t there for the past two games — they’re just 21 of 56 over 3s open and wide open (37.5%). I think this could be a gigantic game for Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, feeding off the crowd, making tough shots and loosening things up for the rest of the offense. All due respect to the Warriors, but I think they have to go home to win.
