“We are delighted to continue to connect with sports fans in Queensland, who have embraced a 24/7 sports format across the state.”

Breakfast Radio, which had a slightly better result for SEN at 0.5%, was overtaken by the Nova 106.9 team of Ash Bradnam, Susie O’Neill and David Lutteral at 14.1%, followed by B105 at 13.6% in the latest survey. .

B105 was the most popular station for morning and afternoon slots, while Nova 106.9 dropped driving and evening sessions.

The two stations continued to face off over the weekend, with a 12% tie.

Nova’s Brendan Taylor said its total audience of 767,000 meant it was the most listened to station in Brisbane.

“It’s been a great day at 4BC as we’ve seen some incredible results across our live and local programming slate, including our highest ever audience of 283,000 listeners,” Chief Content Officer Max Dudley said.

“A special mention to Neil Breen, who increased our Drive share by 70% through two surveys with his show, Brisbane live.
